The Assorteds

All beds are comfortable and made with fresh linens. If additional bedding or towels are needed, they can be found in the linen closet across from the Peacock Bedroom (noted in on property guest guide).

Fires, inside and out

For those with experience setting and managing fires, you are welcome to use both the porch firepit and the fireplace in the den. Screens must always been in place and any fire you do set is in moderation. Firewood is available in the small shed that is accessible from both the front porch and den.

Best water on the planet

The water comes from an underground well that has been rated as some of the best in the area.

Parking

Garage parking is permitted with permission or if there is a significant snow event. Otherwise, please feel free to park anywhere on the driveway that makes sense for you.

Temperature control

Every room has its own thermostat that enables motorized dampers beneath the home. Please don’t be alarmed if one of these dampers make noise when activated.

Supplies

Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

There are TV’s in the Den, Primary, and a few bedrooms. All use Roku and are connected to the internet.

Washer & Dryer

Located in the laundry room off the kitchen and ski room. Clothing detergent is a personal preference so please bring your favorite.

Sound system

The Sonos system can be accessed with the Sonos app and used anywhere in the home.
